Midterm
For the midterm I compiled a portfolio of my six favorite pieces done thus far in the semester. These six I believe demonstrate my style as an artist and my approach to editing, as well as showcase what I have learned confidently so far.
These three composites have no doubt been my favorite assignment throughout this entire class. I loved the pictures I worked with, and it was fun to incorporate the rule of thirds and other ideas of perspective and division into my work.

What I like about this color correction is how subtle yet important the changes made are. The differences are slight, yes, but they make a large difference in the piece like day and night.

I made the colors in this much more vibrant and removed the opaque film from the shot. While I added a bit too much blue on the after shot, it created an effect I liked so I ended up keeping it there.

This picture had a nasty blue film on it, which I attribute to the light reflecting off of the pool. I adore this one because the differences are so incredibly noticeable. One looks far more like an actual picture, while the other one looks as though someone tried to place a blue film on it in an attempt for a cool effect, but failed miserably.
